Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
Eligible Items
- Unused pet beds, accessories, and hardware products in original condition
- Unopened consumable products (gels, sprays, supplements)
Non-Eligible Items
- Used or opened consumable products (dental gel, ear cleaner, supplements)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse
How to Return
- Email us at WillieWoods239@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return shipping label within 2 business days
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost.
Refund Method Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank (typically 3–5 business days).
